At JUDV ("we", "us", "the Platform") we value your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you use our website (judv.net) and our mobile applications JUDV (customers), JUDV Negocios (stores) and JUDV Driver (delivery partners), collectively the "Services".
1. Information We Collect
- Account data: name, phone number, email address and password.
- Profile data: photo (optional) and saved delivery addresses.
- Location: precise device location (GPS) to show nearby stores, calculate deliveries and, for delivery partners, assign and track orders in real time.
- Transaction data: order history, amounts and payment method. Payment processing is handled by third-party gateways; we do not store full card details on our servers.
- Device data: model, operating system, identifiers and push notification token (FCM).
- Usage data: in-app interactions to improve the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Create and manage your account and authenticate you.
- Process orders, payments and deliveries.
- Show stores and delivery times based on your location.
- Send notifications about the status of your orders.
- Provide customer support and prevent fraud.
- Improve and personalize the Services.
3. App Permissions
- Location: for deliveries and nearby stores. Delivery partners share location while they have an active order.
- Camera / Storage: for profile photo or delivery photos (optional).
- Notifications: to inform you about your order status.
4. Sharing Information with Third Parties
We share data only when necessary to operate the Services: stores and delivery partners involved in your order; payment gateways; technology providers (Google Firebase for notifications/analytics and Google Maps for maps and geolocation); and authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit via HTTPS, access controls) to protect your information.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information while your account is active or as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
7. Your Rights and Account Deletion
You can access, correct or delete your data and your account from within the app (Profile → Settings) or by contacting us. When you delete your account, we will erase or anonymize your personal data, except for what we must keep by law.
8. Children
The Services are not directed to minors. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without the consent of their parents or guardians.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. We will publish the current version on this page with its update date.
